Would give zero stars if I could. The staff here are extremely rude, especially the director. They aren’t understanding or compassionate at all 🙏🏼 My Grandfather has early onset dementia and was there for a couple days, they kept lying to him over and over again to get him to cooperate but it ended up confusing him more. They also don’t lock the front doors at night and are quick to send patients to the hospital to get drugged up if they’re a bit aggitated. Don’t send your family members here, it might look nice but all they care about is your money.

As a resident, I cannot say enough how great this place is. My wife was a resident of the memory care section. The staff and director treated her with care and dignity. They were attentive and loving to her. This place is like a family, from the staff to the residents, we care about each other, it makes you feel GOOD. There are many activities and "happenings", here always something to do. BTW, the food is top notch, one of my favorite is the home made apple turnovers. No, I am not being paid for this, but as you can tell, I am happy and thankful to be here.

Stonebrook Village at Windsor Locks was beautiful. It looked brand new. They had everything we could ask for. We would have gone there if they were closer. It was our first pick. The person who gave us the tour was awesome, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. We did not see the rooms though. We saw the whole activity room, where they eat, and the different places that they have, like where they get their hair done and where they get their nails done. Everything is like one big open room where they have a living room and a dining room, and the activities are all kind of in the same huge room with the residents' rooms off on the side. They had an activities director, and they had arts and crafts, bingo, trivia, music, and trips.
