I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. My father has been at this facility since August because we were referred by a family friend. But honestly has been a nightmare since being there. To start off I live in Florida so being long distance i call pretty often to check on my father and to talk with him. I’m always told I will get a call back and NEVER get calls back. Most staff talk on the phone as if they are talking to friends. Very unprofessional. Have asked to be emailed a list of facilities in Florida to transfer him never received that either. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt considering everyone is short staffed but there is no reason for them to not respond or reach out. Forward back to when he got there I asked about a mini fridge because I was informed he was going into his roommates. I was told there wasn’t enough space in his room so he could have one…which isn’t fair for one resident to have one and not the other. But to top off he was put in the hall like a child for going into someone’s fridge. Just today (11/02)I called and set up a FaceTime appointment guess what we missed that because no one called me. I’m fed up with this facility and I don’t have anything positive to say. I wouldn’t recommend your loved one.

On behalf of my resident, I am posting her thoughts and experiences through a summarized excerpt. “I chose this facility because it was so close to my family. Upon arrival, it was easy to get in and everyone was so nice and sweet. The therapy I had was strict but punctual and beneficial to my overall recovery throughout my 21 day stay. The staff was always courteous and respectful, and I thank God for this facility and for the staff for taking care of me. I had a chance to play dominoes with other residents and enjoyed my visits with everyone here. Overall, I would rate my experience a 9/10 because of the staff, therapists, dietitians, custodians, maintenance, and activities. I would recommend this facility to others.”
