This is a great place to stay for your loved one. The business side of things needs a little help, such as the explanation of everything related to the cost. I was initially quoted a price and it ended up being more than anticipated. I was told that the first payment had to be made the day of move in; however, no one told me it had to be 2 months worth. This added to the stress of an already stressful situation. The staff are very good at communicating with the family if there are any issues that come up with my loved one. They are also responsive in answering our questions. They have three or four different levels of care available. This doesn't include the medication management.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a definite no, it was not very clean and it had a really low energy feel to it. The residents there had a hard time moving around and our loved one is still very much active.
The tour was great and the facility was beautiful
