Great and friendly staff. But per usual, the staff is overworked and stretched to thin. Makes it very difficult to do their jobs when so much more is added to their jobs.

She was almost lethargic by the second morning! There was no chair to sit in until I went and got one, no food trays to put your tray on, no soap, filthy toilets, sinks and bathrooms! Filthy rooms! It needs to be shut down.

At the moment I am leaving a three star my mother in law is in this facility.in the beginning was very rough but I do see changes happening with the care as the ownership hands have changed.progress takes time but it is happening.the building up keep seriously needs updated but…I do believe as we pop in unannounced periodically—that care of my mother in law is getting much better.also today I noticed a new housekeeper who actually greeted her,hugged her and made her smile…those small things are very huge things to her.so today is a three star and a thank you.hopefully next time as things change,so will my stars!!!
