My parents seem really happy at Sunrise. Everyone is so responsive, and their care has been great. Meals could be better and so could activities, but like other places, they don't have enough staff.
Special recognition for [name removed], who runs the Terrace Club Unit on the second floor. She is very patient with the residents and is very kind. She redirects them very kindly and is great! She speaks to me by name when I'm in the building and I just very much appreciate everything that she does...

Also, if you are not using the facility doctor, I would recommend getting an order for Advil or Tylenol upfront, in case of a headache. Otherwise, things have been great and the people there have been great. I would recommend Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe to others.

My loved one seems to be happy, although there was a few glitches in the beginning prior to moving in with the paperwork, other than that, everything else was fine. Overall, moving to Sunrise was a blessing in disguise.

I wouldn’t put my family member here unless you are very in tune and visit often. Even [name removed] will make it sound great over the phone but don’t believe the hype !!
