This place is horrible. Majority of Staff is invisible when needed, Food is terrible, Meals that are supposed to be hot are quite often cold. God help You if You are having severe pain and waiting for Your Medication.
I love Providence Pointe. The staff here truly love their residents and have their best interests at heart. No better place to put a loved one!
My mother had a negative experience here. The staff was nice enough, but she was basically neglected to the point that my sister and I removed her and cared for her at home.
