Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How do I know if Symphony Manor of Feasterville is right for me?
Everyone’s care needs are different and it is important for older adults to find the right care program when they consider moving to a senior living community. Symphony Manor of Feasterville is ideal for people who need a mild to moderate amount of assistance while they enjoy life at a residential care community.
Symphony Manor of Feasterville offers strictly non-medical care. Their programs are suitable alternatives to in-home care for people who want the peace of mind that comes with around-the-clock assistance. However, the community’s services are not suitable for everyone and they are not equipped to care for people with certain medical needs. To find out if Symphony Manor of Feasterville may be the right option for senior care, older adults can ask themselves the following questions:
- Are they ambulatory, or are they permanently confined to their bed?
- Do they need continual medical attention?
- Do they need rehabilitation?
- Do they have memory loss, Alzheimer’s or dementia?
The community’s services are not ideal for people who need ambulating or who need ongoing medical attention. Like many assisted living facilities and independent living communities, Symphony Manor of Feasterville does not offer skilled nursing care and is not a suitable alternative for people who need such services.
However, the community’s unique In the Moment memory care program is an exceptional option for people living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory loss. The memory care community is equipped to help people with all stages of memory impairments, from mild memory loss to late-stage dementia.

Q: How do I know if Symphony Manor of Feasterville’s In the Moment memory care program is right for me?
Memory care services give people with memory loss, Alzheimer’s and dementia another chance at a fulfilling retirement. For many people living with Alzheimer’s disease and memory impairments, in-home care is not enough to stimulate their minds and help them learn to live with their symptoms. Symphony Manor’s memory care services close this gap, creating a safe, secure environment for people with Alzheimer’s or dementia to thrive.
The memory care community’s staff work one-on-one with each person to understand their individual dementia journey. Using structured activities and compassionate care routines, the staff help residents cope with memory loss and reduce the impact their symptoms have on their wellbeing. As long as a person’s symptoms can be managed with non-medical Alzheimer’s care, they are welcome in Symphony Manor’s memory care community.
To learn more about the community’s memory care program and how it helps people with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, prospective residents can use the link above to make an inquiry.

Epic Home Care Services single handedly provided staffing for this Facility whether it were 7a to 3p, 3p to 11p, 11p to 7a for over a year. When a new DON was hired in April of 2023, She decided to recruit Epic employees behind my back. This review is to warn other Agencies to be very careful engaging this company. Integrity is a key element in any business undertaking and I am here to declare that Symphony Manor is lacking in that aspect.

The staff and nurses are attentive and approachable. There are many activities and the staff encourages residents to join in. We entered Symphony Manor in the middle of COVID and while I was impressed on our tour, I was rather unhappy with the way things were playing out. Little communication, never saw anyone, the doctor was unreachable and ordered things I did not understand. I was seriously considering moving my brother-in-law. However, in the last couple of months there has been a complete change of staff - directors, financial , nursing - they held a meeting and introduced everyone - new doctor as well!! Totally different - positive attitude, I feel heard.

Symphony Manor of Feasterville was clean and updated. It's nicely decorated and not over the top. I thought the room that I saw was nice. The staff who toured with me was Jennifer, and she was very good and very helpful. The dining area looked fine. In terms of amenities, when we were there, they were all in a room where they were watching the movie of the day or whatever it was. They have a small library, they have crafts, and they have a little café where they have activities and parties. If you want to rent a room for somebody's birthday party, they have a little area for that, too, which is nice. As far as the visit, I liked the facility. I met the head of nursing and the physical therapist. They were very professional and very caring. They had shown a genuine interest in my friend. All the main areas like the rooms and the hallways, everything was well kept.
