Our caregiver is just great, she has never been late, not once, she has a positive attitude, and I could be in the worst mood and she can brighten me right up. They sent me an angel after multiple tries.
The caregivers have just been horrible. They've been unprofessional and unable to do simple tasks. They should have quality caregivers and have them show up on time.
I still would only like one person to come in. I guess that's impossible. I ended up having one person for over a year. That person was injured and unable to work. Now, we have three caregivers. I've been through the fire. It's over now with these new people.
She would talk to him and made sure he was drinking and had things to snack on and eat. The employees were courteous and on time. They were self motivated and they did what I needed them to do without me asking them, and they were very, very caring.
The agency doesn't have a big selection of caregivers that we get on the weekends. Our weekend caregiver isn't very proactive. They're able to accommodate our needs with each individual caregiver. This isn't easy, but the agency is trying.
They are good with the elderly. They are trustworthy.
