The nursing assistants do work very hard. The guy nurse that runs B2 hall was heartless and shouldn''t be a nurse. I will never step foot back into this place. I never thought a nursing home legally could be that bad. I was wrong. Just "WOW" Even my father who NEVER complains said "that place was terrible " so like I said. It''s sad to say Tawas hospital was actually better which is rare.

Our family suffered a devastating loss due to the carelessness of this facility. Dietary restrictions that are medically necessary for the patient aren''t followed, promised therapy is not received, and some of the staff are heartless and cruel. Some of the staff are especially offensive like the older woman who works the door and has been there for 25 years. Your attitude indicated that this type of job is no longer for you. To anyone who is considering this facility for someone they love, do your research, tour the facility first, and think long and hard. I wish we had had the time to do this for our dad. Maybe he would still be alive today.
