I didn''t want to put a star at all, but that is the only way you can put a comment, we put my husband here for rehab and to relearn to walk after his back was broke in a tornado. I guess they don''t let you post pics on here cause it will show the care they give. My husband had a small area on his insission the wasn''t closed all the way now it is about 2 ins long and 1 in wide infected and has drainage.

I was there since December 13th, I just got out on the 7th of Feb. Sam, Toma, Alisia, and .. Everybody was great, they made my stay so much easier. When I got there I could not walk, and when I left I could walk with no cane or walker. I Greatly recommend this place.

I do not recommend this facility for your loved one. My mom was there for one week, and I am so glad we got her out. Cleanliness is an issueWhen we arrived the bathroom was dirty and the floor was never completely cleaned. She only received one shower the whole time anshe was there, and that was only because we asked for it. Often, there is no one at the front desk when you check in, so the screening is just on the honor system. If you call before 9 AM or after 5 PM often times no one will even answer the phone, so it’s difficult to find out how the patient is doing. 60% of the aides are lazy and don’t do their job unless you ask them to. I would not leave my loved one there unattended. We were there from 9 AM to 9 PM until we got her out of there. The beds have no alarms so if the patient is mobile You just have to hope that they will check on her. The only good thing about the place was the food. The food was good. The therapists are nice. However, my mom only had three hours and 45 minutes of therapy combined in the six days that she was there. This place is not OK right now to leave someone whom you love there. I definitely give it a thumbs down. Completely unorganized and terrible communication. Also they changed my mom‘s medication list from the hospital without telling us. I am not pleased with this place!!!

I have had three family members at Texoma Healthcare Center. Each stay has been very pleasant. They are very attentive to their needs and have great customer service. I highly recommend Texoma Healthcare Center to anyone needing that level of care.
