I waited to post this. My mother was placed there for rehab. Everyone was nice but actions speak louder than words. I was relieved with the staff and my choice of places that were available when I left the 1st day. Not everyone there deserves this review. Yes they were short staffed so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. My mother called me that night in tears because she had to go to the bathroom & waited for 2 hours until she was in pain & I called them. I asked about my mom''s medication because she said she wasn''t getting it. The lady that handled meds when asked by the lady at the desk said with attitude - what about it? I snapped back where is it? She didn''t respond. I asked her another day about a specific medication. She said oh yes we have it here your mom will get it tonight but my mom didn''t. She should be fired!!! The doctor that went in to see my mom said there was no order for her meds but the med lady told me she did put in the order?? My mom said most of her meals were cold and not what she ordered. What she did eat sI e had to eat so fast because if not they took her tray before she was done. She said she didn''t expect them to come running when she rang the buzzer but they never came - to the point she had someone show her how to shut off the buzzer. I was visiting her one night and listened to someones buzzer going off from the time I got there until I left. I seen staff sitting on their butts at the desk that could have been and should have been helping. When my mom left they gave me a med list. One was a diabetic monitor. It was not included. I called and they said they would have that med lady call me back. As you can imagine I never heard anything. If my mom ever has to go back to a rehab it will not be this one!!!

Horrible service, my mother went there for rehabilitation to help walk again and they left her in bed for 23.5 hours a day. On top of it she got Covid from the place and asked to go to the hospital because she couldn’t breathe properly and she was refused. After some screaming and yelling they finally called an ambulance to transport her to a hospital. This place is a disgrace. Don’t send your family members here to go and die.

Pretty clean place with some caring staff ( aids mostly), from what I''ve seen, management doesn''t bother with residents much, doesn''t often help their staff, and love their offices. Flu and Covid vaccines are mandated, and they "don''t accept" religious exemptions. Health insurance provided through the job isn''t very good. Some parts of the building need to be renovated. This company does not value their employees. Physical and occupational therapy here is great, the staff are wonderful.

In the beginning everyone so helpful to get my dad admitted for rehabilitation. Once insurance was out they fast to get him discharged. I was informed the visiting nurse company was setup and scheduled for when he returned home. That was a lie and it was over a week until we heard from the visiting nurse and now he declined and are starting over. I expressed many concerns about his release and feel they went ignored.

My father became a resident one year ago. Covid precautions were in effect so we were never able to see his room. We were called to come when he was near end of life. His room was filthy. The floors looked like they had not been mopped or buffed in a year. The dust in his free standing closet was deep enough to write my name. There were food crumbs in his drawers and the room had no signs of cheer other than the few pictures we were able to send in. Even with Covid precautions, someone should be able to clean with a mask on. I have to say that I cannot recommend this facility to anyone and my regret was to guide my family to putting him there initially to rehab. Buyer beware.....

Very disorganized and poorly run facility. My mother was a patient there and she was left for hours sitting in urine. On average she would wait 15-45 minutes for her call bell to be answered. I waited two weeks for a video/ FaceTime call with my mother. I live out of state and had blocked time out of my schedule to see my mom. 5 minutes before the scheduled time I received a call from the person coordinating the call. She stated that the “Doctor was in the room” and she couldn’t enter the room. I asked her if she could check back in a few minutes and was told no. I then proceeded to call my mother at her bedside. She was eagerly awaiting the FaceTime call and no one was in the room. We were both incredibly disappointed. Do not send your loved ones there.
