This is supposed to be a highly trained nursing facility and it''s far from back I would not send any family members here I wouldn''t recommend anybody work here they''re very unprofessional they caused a residence to miss a doctor''s appointment I do transportation and there''s a lot of nursing homes and facilities like this where because of staff people''s family members are missing important appointments I will never put my parents in any facilities and their ratings for this one is low super pathetic I let one lady know who I was looking for and let her know I have a few more minutes I can wait but she didn''t seem to care you guys would get a zero rating if it was up to me

Ok place to work, but call light system seems to be outdated, there’s bulbs above resident doors that don’t really work or light up when someone calls- looking at the black screen at the end of the halls that lists the room numbers calling is a cake walk unless if you have super human eyesight There’s no way to communicate with other co-workers besides hoping someone pops up in a hallway to help you change someone: You guys should really have walkie talkies for us to page each other and to maximize the care and support that we can give our residents on a timely manner POC is not really informative to anyone that is working that may be new to residents…. Does not explain mode of transfer or residents routine in the morning, does not explain residents preferences on what time they want to get up, nothing regarding what families prefer for us to do with their loved ones. You don’t really know unless if you get the opportunity to work with residents for many many years, then charting and doing daily tasks with residents become easy as pie when you finally get to know them as a person. Families that don’t get to come by or choose not to come visit their loved one, don’t really know that we lack the newest and efficient resources to be able to optimize time and give out the best care. One aide is one person and you can only be in so many rooms at once at a certain time: I hope management turns around and gets on board with doing something to make improvements on this facility. I’m only one person leaving constructive feedback on this, and I can only say so much. I like working here, I love what I do, but for sure management needs to make some improvements and changes here so we can be as efficient as possible with providing cares for the people living here. The aides are kind and wonderful and hardworking, it’s just the staffing shortages are hurting not only the well-being of the aides working, but most importantly the residents living here.

People are try but definitely could more improvement.
