Very impressed with the care given to my mother-in-law over the last several months. Living in Oregon makes it difficult to visit, so I’ve appreciated the updates from staff and the comfort she’s been in since arriving. The facility is beautiful and Ma really enjoys all her neighbors.

If you are thinking of putting a loved one here please think twice. The only positive thing we can say is the actual residence is beautiful because it is brand new. In the two and half weeks my mom was there, they promised us the world. They stated that there was a high staff to patient ratio compared to other places. These were all MISREPRESENTATIONS. My mom was first given the wrong medication (over medicated which essentially led her to a hospital), she fell out of the bed twice (in which one circumstance she was on the floor for over an hour until EMS showed up because they didn't have a protocol with our family in place), and my mother was denied being brought to the bathroom when she or my father requested multiple times during her short stay. The nurse and the aides said "oh we don't do that, they go in the diapers". SERIOUSLY? When we had a meeting with upper management they assured us that the staff would never say that. We don't want anyone to go through the nightmare.
