As good as it gets. Like being at home with your Loved One. Treated my Mom with Honor, Love, and Respect. In a Post Covid World where retaining staff is impossible, they had some dedicated Gems. God Bless The Gardens.

Don’t know if it’s certain personnel, lack of all around training & care, or what….. No Elderly should have to sit in their soiled incontinence pads “because it’s lunchtime”! No Elderly should have to wait almost an hour (or more) after pressing the “Help” button. But Wait! There’s More. …. I Digress. If this is where you wanna take your Elderly, Stay On Top of How Well They Take Care of Him/Her! And, if Need Be, make a Formal Complaint, to ALL Appropriate Persons!

WE absolutely loved The Gardens at Cuyahoga Falls. Everyone was very caring and kind whether it was [name removed] who introduced us to the facility and then once we made the decision the administrative office staff was great. The facility itself was not fancy (but that is what we liked). It was very clean and homey and there was no smell to it. We had a wonderful experience and my mom really enjoyed it. Our family would highly recommend The Gardens.
