The Gardens would work for people who want just an apartment building. The rooms are bright and well laid out, very clean hallways and public areas. I have to say after looking at so many places this was the best choice for my loved one.
The staff is the best - they are caring, respectful, compassionate, and very helpful. They really make The Garden's a special place. It's a very well-run facility.
I appreciate the responsiveness and caring from the staff. The desk manager is amazing in her familiarity with all the resident’s circumstances. I encountered some of the caregivers in the hall and they reaffirmed the treatments and care I understand my father is receiving.
If your loved one needs memory care- do not bring them here. They will not give them the care they deserve. Not sure if just short of staff - but if they call themselves memory care providers, they should stand up to that need! Especially for the cost! My dad was starving because they would bring fo...

My dad was starving because they would bring food and just leave and not assist him, if he wanted to stay in his room, he was left alone for hours!
