My Grandmother is here and since she has been here it has been nothing but bad. First the staff is no where to be found when she needed to go to bathroom and also she got tired of waiting for the nurse she got up and fell and fractured her arm. My Grandmother is here and since she has been here it has been nothing but bad. First the staff is no where to be found when she needed to go to bathroom and also she got tired of waiting for the nurse she got up and fell and fractured her arm. Then they were trying to make sure they came in to her room like 2 to 3 times to check on here when we were there visiting. Then we came to visit again and she had a black eye because we were told they were trying to mover her walker and accidentally hit her in the eye and now this is the last thing that will happen to her. We are look for another place to enroll her in but somewhere else not Kingman just horrible service and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place dont put anyone there.

Well if you want drama in every sense of the word, be with regards to being a resident or an employee... this is the place for you! My mother was a resident and my daughter was a helping hand and BOTH experienced the same level of unprofessionalism and drama. They reward negative staff and treat good ones poorly. There was even a time where staff was talking about my mother behind her back and my daughter chimed in to mention that that''s her grandma. There was also times when my mother witnessed my daughter be treated poorly by entitled nurses. If you can take your family member elsewhere, please do so and if you''re looking for a job, this might not be the place for you. I also worked next door at the Lingenfelter center for about 5 mins and left for similar reasons. Very disheartening to say the least.

My grandmother was brought home from there. They did not give us her belongings. We had to call and ask and then they said they found them, her wallet was also missing $180. While in their care for 3 weeks she also was not taken out of bed nor able to use the restroom the amount of urine that was cathed from her was unreal. It took two and a half bags to drain her bladder from not being able to use the restroom. and now due to their negligence she has a raging UTI!! This place is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Honestly it should''ve been shut down back when I worked there 15 years ago...Prime example why I walked!! Mind you my grandmother was only there for rehabilitation and is now sent home on hospice!!!
Read moreThis place is absolutely horrible! My mother has been in there for three weeks. There is not enough staff and the staff that is hired are horrible. They do not answer calls and the basic needs of their patients are not met! Please don’t allow any of your loved ones to be sent here
Bad enough for the family to be there but to see the isolation is inexcusable.
