You can’t improve on excellence. I wish I could have given this a 10 star ⭐️ rating. With the recommendation from a relative, this is the best choice I made for my husband’s rehabilitation. I hold your staff in the highest regard. From the moment my husband arrived, your staff was kind, efficient and went out of their way to care for my husband. The nurses, aides, physical therapists, social workers, housekeeping, the staff at the front desk and security, were so patient and tolerant. The Grand Pavilion has every level with the genuine and professionalism shown by the staff. In addition, rooms and hallways are kept impeccable clean. If you are looking for a place to recover from major surgery, long term or short term care, the Grand Pavilion is the place for you or your love one. Recovery is dependent on everything I mentioned above. Please extend our love and thanks to this incredible group of people. I find the Grand Pavilion to be a cheerful environment, always bursting with excellent events and excellent activities.

After a hard adjustment I must say the tide has turned. If it was not for 2 nurse managers (Karen and Dawn) and Avi I would never have stayed. I was given a very much appreciated opportunity to speak with Iddy. All of the above made promises and they kept them. To enter any care center can be daunting. A smile , a kind word is far more appreciated than several associates with very unpleasant attitudes. I am so grateful going forward to say I have met some very lovely associates who are truly caregivers. Their kindness and smiles are exemplary. My thanks to Yvonne, Yannique,Kirk,Michael , Demetrius, Debbie and Ka, Singh, Alecia. The first floor is an amazing team and I am so grateful to be in their care.
