Read moreWe are so happy with Harmony. Mom has so many activities available and is much more active. The staff is very kind and supportive. Her apartment was freshly painted and new carpet installed. I joined mom several times for meals and was very impressed with the quality of our meals.
Our family had an in person tour and we thought they did a fantastic job it was an excellent tour experience

They've had transition with staff. A different family member was in their assisted living and did great there. So I think staff turnover has caused some of the confusion. They haven't had an activities director, although they did just hire one. My loved one has Alzheimer's, and we're trying to get someone to take her to activities. But we have not been successful, and we're very frustrated with that. I think it's a great deal if we could get the things we were promised, particularly the activities. I recognize we have kind of a unique situation where our loved one is completely independent and takes care of herself physically. But she just needs some prompting to go to places. So it's been difficult for us to get her engaged.
