We just arrived with our brother who needs rehab and are very happy with the courteous and friendly .staff. The rooms are very clean and modern. Our Brother is very content watching his sports. Will keep every one posted see how his rehab care goes.

My husband was at this facility for a short time in September. I was really impressed the first few days with the care he received, until things quickly went south. He came in with a stomach tube and a brace covering it because he had pulled the stomach tube out previously. The aide removed the brace and he pulled the tube out. He was sent to HCA Kingwood where things went wrong in the replacement. He died a few days later. Keep the stomach tubes covered for a stroke patient.

My step dad was a patient here. We found that most all the staff here from the business end to the care takers to be very slow to respond or not available at all. Also the nurse and care taking staff were very short on compassion, willingness to assist and short on patience. Unless we asked them they did very little at all to turn him every so often to ensure no bed sores. There were several days when we arrived to see him around 1 pm we found the room lights were still off and shades closed. He had orders for a soft food only diet, the kitchen could never seem to get that right and food quality was the worst terrible.
