Please DO NOT believe any good reviews about The Landing at Stone Oak. They completely neglected my mother-n-law and she is now dying in a wound care rehab facility due to their neglect. She is wheelchair bound, and they failed to keep her clean and from sitting on one side to prevent sores. They did not notify us of the severity of the wound until she became septic and very sick. They never keep the same staff and the staff they do have are not trained. They seem to rely on the fact Dementia patients can’t speak for themselves so therefor the staff does not have to do much and believe me they don’t. The Landing at Stone Oak is currently being investigated due to their neglectful practices.

Truly could not recommend The Landing more. We switched my grandpa from another facility and have seen HUGE improvement in him!!! He went from a place giving him pain meds, him barely interacting with others, not able to walk, eating purées, no appetite, etc. to now he has made a completely 180! He’s more lively, off pain medication, can walk, talks to us, eating solids, ate four plates yesterday! It’s so lively here and the staff is upbeat and passionate. Definitely recommend!!

My spouse is currently a resident at The Landin at Stone Oak and everything has been great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The food, activities, and care services are also great. The executive staff is not only there for the residents, but for the families as well, to help them through this transition. I would recommend The Landing at Stone Oak to family and friends.
