Everything was pretty good until discharge. I was supposed to be sent home with Hone Health nursing, wound care and therapy. The whole process fell apart and I spent two hours with insurance , multiple home health agencies to basically get back to discharge at least two days late. I was extremely disappointed in the whole process. again no one from any agency has ever contacted me. so I had to dig for myself.

The worst experience! My mother was just there for 3 days. She went on a Friday and on Sunday night she had to go to the hospital. I went on Monday to get my mother’s belongings. One of 3 outfits that she never got to wear was missing! I ask who I could talk about getting the money back for the outfit. The lady up front told me they would look In laundry. I told the lady she hadn’t even worn the outfit . It shouldn’t be in laundry! My mother was still in a hospital gown that she was wearing on Friday when she went there. I did get her outfit back!! They didn’t even have a potty chair for my mother to use. We had to buy one for her to use!!

Great PT team but the rest of the facility is awful!! Over medicated. Put them in bed with no call button. Leave them in bed for hours. 15 min response time to get to bathroom with a full staff.extremely short staffed at night. Horrible steel bed with cheap thin mattress. Family called facility to help resident with bathroom 20 min later still had not gone to help resident. Need to be there advocate on every single thing.
