All I’m gonna say is, if you have a loved one at this facility, make your presence known!! These nurses do not care and they are extremely rude, and will lie straight to your face. Took some over 6 HOURS to help my mother get to the bathroom who is wheelchair bound and needs assistance, but yet I see all these nurses standing around talking to each not giving a single care to the patients! You also can’t rely on PT and OT to come when they say they will. I will say when PT and OT show up there are pleasant. This is also not my mom’s first stay her but it will definitely be her last that’s for sure it just keeps getting worse!
