Just an ok place, my mom needed bloodwork and antibiotics…. In a month they never did it, although I cld many times.

When my mom first came to the Park a few months ago, I admit I was difficult to deal with because I was so worried about her. She had broken her hip and has Alzheimer''s disease. Even though I was not nice the first two days, Taylor and her staff were patient with me and listened to my concerns. I have to say, this is the best place! Mom is doing so much better, she seems to be happy where she was not before she came to the Park. She joins in the activities (there are so many things to do and the staff makes sure she gets involved if she wants to). She loves the food and the people (residents and caregivers alike). The staff is so caring and always available. They know who I am and all about mom even though I have trouble with their names still. And clean, let me tell you. It smells wonderful and there is always someone cleaning every day. They do mom''s laundry and make sure she bathes and has her proper medications. The decor is a little old fashioned in the rooms but that''s okay as most of the people who live there are "old fashioned" too! They have given me so much peace of mind after several years of worry and stress!

Take your loved one here at your own risk! incase one get''s out of the building and is in danger in the streets due to confusion or whatever reason, The DON Meghan care less about any one of them. She Can''t support nurses on matters elopment and patient exiting the building, I called her of a resident who eloped out, was out of the building with agression and she never gave any solution she did not CARE and doesnt. The owner and co-orperate of this facility should know this, hope they read it. I''d love to explain more.

My grandpa has been in this place for a while after he had an accident at work and had a stroke after. They have not given him a bath in weeks and barely take care of him. The service here is very horrible and would like y''all to improve on taking care of the patients because y''all have nothing else to do but take care of them. Y''all need to get your act together and give these patients the care they need instead of neglecting them every day. My grandpa complains to me and my dad every day about how y''all treat him and this is unacceptable that y''all only care about money. They barely change him when he asked to be changed and hasn''t had a bath in a while. They never record outside doctors appointments. One more thing about the sign in at the front door. I don''t care if y''all have to be fined $1000 if we don''t sign in to see our loved ones, it''s not like you can''t afford it(you can). The staff are rude at times except for a few people, but never respond to the button to call any of the nurses in the room to help him. Many people have issues with this place and y''all need to improve on helping the patients.
