Mom went to the skilled nursing at The Preserve straight from the hospital. After she broke her second. The staff was amazing. They attended to all her needs. Made sure her PT was successful . Mom went to the skilled nursing at The Preserve straight from the hospital. After she broke her second. The staff was amazing. They attended to all her needs. Made sure her PT was successful . When it to came finding an assisted living facility, there was no doubt she would be living there. Courtney was a major reason why my decision was easy to make. Jennifer and the entire nursing staff are extremely attentive to our needs from watching over her. Taking her meds. Having doctors check in her. X-rays. Bloodwork and lab work. Make her appointments with her specialist. Arranging her transportation. There are numerous activities every day. I have peace of mind knowing our mom is safe and being looked after. I can not thank the staff enough.

If I could give no stars, I would. Had to pull my mother out of this place. A total horror show. My mother suffered a fall and waited 2 days for an xray. Had an unnecessary catheter in for their convenience so they didn''t have to bring her to the bathroom, which brought on an infection.The staff was horrible, lazy and showed no compassion what so ever.Starting with Ryan the so called nursing director to Francesca from social services and Sara administrator. All a total joke! All covering each other.Patients waiting for a bed pan 40 minutes! Do not place a loved one in this place.Nurses are very busy....on their phones playing games! The only people that really worked hard and were caring was Nurse Mabel and aide Vaina. And for Nurse Morris, one dsy you will receive back the smirk you gave me.Now that my mother is out, I can and will file every report possible .

My grandma stayed here 9 days after a release from the hospital with a broken back (3 fractures). The nurses were great but the aids were terrible, wouldn’t help her go to the bathroom, go to bed, eat, she ended up with a severe UTI which has never cleared up. This looks like a high end rehab place but in reality they really lack people and care skills it is shocking.
