Overall I love the Residence of chardon. They take amazing care of my family member and the staff is over the top friendly and caring. My reason for leaving a one-star review is because I am attempting to get across to the corporate office that it drives me out of my mind that I am asked to leave a review on Google every single time that I enter the facility to visit my family member. I am at the residence of chardon at least six times per week and I find it frustrating to be asked to leave a feedback on Google every time that I walk through the door.

Residence of Chardon is a place my mom calls home! She loves her spacious apartment, community of friends, and professional and caring staff. It’s reassuring to know there is a nurse 24/7 and a doctor who visits the community weekly. The management team and staff are amazing!
