Office staff have misplaced doctor’s prescription for diabetic shoes that is required by Medicare before she can be fitted and shoes ordered! This is totally irresponsible!!! Hopefully will meet with Ombudsman for “The Springs” on March 21st to discuss these matters!

This facility is a joke. They have like 3 caring hard workers. They have fired the rest. Don''t bring your family here unless you want them to be ignored. A dog could take better care of your loved ones. They are understaffed and has always been understaffed. This is due to poor administrations and hrs. Anyone could work there. They enjoy hiring current drugys and ignorance people. The facility is beautiful unlike their decision in hospitality.

Do not under any circumstances go to this facility for Rehab. I called and talked directly with them when my mom was there and all they do is tell you what they think you want to hear. It would take over 2 hours for my mom to get a Tylenol for pain. They didn’t want her going to the bathroom alone...
Do not under any circumstances go to this facility for Rehab. I called and talked directly with them when my mom was there and all they do is tell you what they think you want to hear. It would take over 2 hours for my mom to get a Tylenol for pain. They didn’t want her going to the bathroom alone and when she asked for help it would take over an hour for someone to come help….guess what, she couldn’t wait that long. Their therapy sessions were lame and they wouldn’t even show up half the time. Meals were served at all hours and never consistent. All I can say is Do Not Go to this facility!
