Dear God in heaven!!! No one communicates here at all!!! My mom has literally been here 48 hours and it''s been hell!!! Tonight I walk in her head is almost on the floor her hands are tucked in her covers and tucked in the bottom of the bed. How do you expect her to use her call button! Bed wasn''t against the wall as requested last night and no mat on the floor. Way to make me want to move my mom! My mom is newly blind. She can''t get a drink without help. 🤬 every 4 hours isn''t going to work. I sure hope I never get to nursing home resident status. It''s so sad.

My dad has lived at The Springs of Richmond for awhile now.. the staff is great with my dad... each resident has their own room & bathroom😍...... they have great activities to do.. family brunch once a month ..check them out

My mother has lived at The Springs of Richmond for almost one year now. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! We are so blessed by the wonderful care she receives. The staff all know her, and treat her so kind. The Activities Team has been so good to my Mom. She is truly living her best life!! She gets her nails done regularly, and participates in so many fun activities that keep her engaged and her mind sharp and active. The therapy team has helped her get stronger and be more independent. The dining staff and other team members spoil her and keep her stocked with goodies. The nurses, aides, housekeeping, office staff, every one of you are making a difference. Thank you! From the staff to the residents, everyone at The Springs knows Miss Mary Webster. Her life motto is to make sure everyone knows that without Jesus, she couldn’t have come this far. And she is living that out every day!! Thank you to The Springs of Richmond for being such a blessing to my mom and giving such peace to our family knowing she is so well taken care of!!
