I went to look at The Suites Assisted Living & Memory Care. The staff members were very friendly, and everyone acknowledged us. The facility was just a little bit older, but it was clean and nice. They were redoing the apartment since the resident had moved out. They were putting in new flooring and paint, so it was nice. They had an exercise class going on in their activity room. They had a nice yard and some gardening areas. They also had a bus to take residents shopping. They had a nice, big dining room.

It looks like it could use a little bit more care and upkeep and a little less clutter. It felt claustrophobic because the ceilings are lower. Instead of 9-foot ceilings, they were just barely 8, and it was a claustrophobic feeling. They had less professional-looking employees, too. The exterior of the building was well-kept. The interior of the building needed more maintenance and some of the residents' areas, where they can do games or activities, were a little cluttered.

The communication with the staff has been wonderful for the family. There are three meals provided to the residents, the portions are good size with a balance diet. There are snacks and drinks available during the day as well.

The Suites Assisted Living & Memory Care looks like a great place. We came to see the memory care. It was clean and new. The staff seemed caring and the people we met (the patients and clients) seemed happy and well-adjusted. They were eating lunch about the time we came in for a tour. We even met a hundred-year-old woman, and she was really sweet. It seemed like a very nice place. The apartments have two closets, a bathroom, and no kitchen or anything like that. It's just a big, clean, and modern room. The place looked new and clean. I didn't eat their food, but their dining area looked adequate. It was open and airy. There were many tables, and people could sit together. It looked fine. It wasn't fancy, but it met the function. The facility was good. It wasn't fancy, but it was functional.

My mother is in The Suites Assisted Living & Memory Care, it's very nice and clean. Her room is very spacious and it's updated, and it's very clean. The staff members are attentive and they try and help her, she just doesn't let them all the time. They're in contact with me all the time to let me know how she's doing. They're the ones who recommend that she would go over to memory care. I've seen that they've had art classes, they do outings on a bus, they take them shopping, they have music, and people come in and stuff like that. Mom says the food is very good but I haven't tried it. In terms of value for the money, it's very expensive.
