The staff were great with their follow up after the tours as well. Unfortunately they did not have availability for respite stay in the time range that we were looking for. We ended up going with another Terrace facility.

My mother was in The Terrace at Glen Eddy for respite care. The care that she got was very compassionate. They were very friendly. The only complaint she had was that she couldn't figure out how to get her TV to work, and that was basically operator error. It wasn't anything to do with them and it was her. She was displeased with some of the meals, but not totally. She liked some of them and then some of them, she didn't, but that's her. She had no complaints with the staff, she said they were very attentive, they were compassionate, they were funny. They liked her, and they gave her little gifts. She liked the staff. It was very nice, very well kept up, and they had a lot of things for the residents to do. A lot of activities, and they always tried to include her. Her apartment was adorable, it was really cute.
