Lorna, "patient advocate services", is to be truly loved & admired - her approach to her vocation & her interaction with family members is quite respectable. Controversially, the laundry service (God bless them in their efforts) gets wrong items to multiple rooms, eventhough all items coming in are supposedly labeled by patient names. Additionally, some patients, as my father & others (including Chevy the O.T.) are alergic & itchy/scratching to the point of daily profuse bleeding as the reaction to the brand of laundry detergent use at Villa of G.L. Yemi (P.Therapist) can verify. PLUS+... Nearly/almost every staff member I''ve met at Villa was quite likable with a great attitude, or at least approachable, in this unique & difficult environment. Compliments Villa of G.L.
