My mother was a resident at the Villa for a little over 3 years. She was left in great hands and the loving staff (David & Corrine) made sure her stay and care were the upmost importance to them. From the time they got her up for the day to the time she was put back into bed, her and many other residents there were magnificently taking cared for. They did daily activities, exercises and games so that everyone would feel comfortable and like a second family. The Villa was definitely one of my best decisions to trust for the care of my mother until she took her last breath. Highly recommend this facility if you’re in need of help for a loved one. There’s surprisingly plenty of bathrooms & shower rooms for this size facility. Beautiful front yard with a zen-like waterfall/fountain. Very peaceful and positive energy with this facility.

I had an overall good impression of The Villa Senior Assisted Living. I liked the person who toured us and the fact that the people that own the place live on the premises. It was peaceful and well-maintained. The residents looked harmonious. It was a family setting and so the needs of the residents can be met promptly because it's a small place. The staff was friendly, compassionate, helpful, and culturally sensitive. The owners are Asians and they were making Asian food, which I thought was great because I love that food. They also make different international healthy cuisines. Sometimes they make Mexican food and sometimes American food. It's not just your typical kind of food. They have some private rooms and shared rooms. They have a garden, a waterfall, and a patio where people can either eat or dine. They can walk around the grounds comfortably. There seems to be safety measures in place. People have to do COVID testing. It's an older place, but there was no bad odor. It smelled good and they have new flooring and they're in the process of doing some other upgrades.

The Villa Senior Assisted Living is a private residence with 15 beds. It was a home that's been converted. It's very clean. The residents there appeared to be very peaceful watching TV. I got to speak with the staff there. They had a lot of experience. They've been working for the company for 16 years, so I was a little bit more comfortable with them. I didn't see any activities. I saw people sitting there watching TV. They already finished eating when I got there. There were two people in the dining room at the table, but there was no food. They were just sitting there. They've done extensive remodeling in that house. There were so many backdoors and other doors and entrances, and they've added on so much. They said they have 15 beds available. The dining room looked like it was expanded, and there were tables to the left and the right. There were two dining room tables that seated roughly six people. The furniture there at the place was very nice. There were no odors. The whole place was very clean. It's just kind of a maze to get around, but there was a lady in a wheelchair, and she could get around in there. She was in the dining room, just sitting at the table.

Right now, The Villa Senior Assisted Living only has 10 residents, but they can take 15. I liked that there's a lot of bathrooms for such a small place. They also have single and double room occupancy. They are constantly cleaning the rooms and the kitchen, and it's a pretty good place. They get three meals a day and snacks. They change the seniors who can't really use the restroom every hour and a half. They provide little furnishings, like the bed, cabinets, and storage furniture. When I was there, the residents looked like they were cared for, kept clean, and healthy, as the staff takes care of their medications. One lady was sitting outside and she seemed very friendly, and another elderly man was using his walker and somebody was behind him watching him. The staff was nice and very friendly.
