Our family had an in person tour, and we were not the biggest fans of The W. The director really had her heart in this place, that was obvious. She really wanted to fix up the place which they were, it was under construction in some areas. However it just seemed like the residents were all over the place, they would run up to us and start conversations abruptly. They were scattered all over the place and just did not seem as well cared for. It was kind of overwhelming and scary.
