My mom moved into this facility fall of 2018. My dad moved into memory care this month. Since then the old guard has retired and quit and been replaced with new, young, and inexperienced people. The facility has gone down in quality tremendously. We are getting my dad out of there immediately and ne...
My mom moved into this facility fall of 2018. My dad moved into memory care this month. Since then the old guard has retired and quit and been replaced with new, young, and inexperienced people. The facility has gone down in quality tremendously. We are getting my dad out of there immediately and next, we plan to get mom out, too. Horrible communication. None of the people behind the desk know how to run a facility like this or how to train in the workers so everyone is on the same page. Sad. Used to be a great place.
