Restaurants dont even do that! Takes about 45 minutes on average for the residents to be served drinks and soup. Laundry is rarely done on weekends so I have had to do it for the resident I visit. Med Techs do a great job as well as the nurses but the house keeping and meal parts of the facility is significantly lacking.

Everyone gets to pick and chose where their at instead of being placed where they best perform at. Favoritism is definitely within certain staff members. And it''s known and shown. A staff member named Cindy accused me of of texting and calling her (don''t have her number) told Administration that I called and texted her threatening her. Which isn''t true. Was called into the office and handed them my phone to prove it and guess what nothing happened and because they allow things like that it''s going to keep happening. And that''s a terrible lie to put on someone''s name. I think yall get the point. Care is great here and that''s about it. Working here? Living nightmare.
