I didn't hear them complain or say anything bad. The lady who helped me was very thorough in explaining what options they had. We talked about how I could come to get my mom anytime I wanted to. They seemed like they cared about the residents and it was a very nice place. I went to the memory care. They were very truthful and I liked what I had seen. That was an older home, but it was done very well. It was decorated nicely. It didn't give you that feeling like you were in a home for elderly people. The dining room and everything looked very modern.
