Had to make the heart-wrenching decision to place Mom in a nursing home. This place was recommended by a good friend who works for TouchPoints. To my great surprise, Mom has acclimated better than I could have hoped for. The nurses and aides are so good to Mom, and they all love her. I visit frequently, and Mom never has any complaints. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Only reason for 4 stars is that the building could use some sprucing up. But from what I understand, they cannot get funds from the state to make that happen. Knowing that Mom is comfortable there helps me sleep at night. Moe is the best nurse ever. She treats Mom like she is her own mother. Love Moe.

I was there for days after had hip replacement surgery..I was greeted warmly..brought to my room.it was nice.when there to get some therapy..never got ..I ended up basically doing my own therapy in my room..then the food was always cold and blend..had problem getting my meds ..had a problem breath .the food lady can told her I was having problem breathing. Said she would tell the nurse.buzzed the buzzer.no reply sat there 25mins.then opened my door and yelled down the hall page 25mins ago having problems breath..nurse finally showed said I need my inhaler..said ok .finally got it.which I should of had when I first got there.because it''s an emergency inhaler..then some of the staff did not really check in on me.they opened the door stuck there head in and left..I was told by someone it''s because of c 19..I understand But just bc they didnt want to suit up everytime. Lazyness....there were a couple nice staff members..the lady that worked over nite and checked in on me the rite way..very friendly and helpful. And the other was a young lady that helped me clean up and got me basic self maintenance for personal hygiene and showers Very grateful for these 2 ..I''m glad I left after 4 days..was not happy at all...will not return to this place or any rehabilitation if i can help it
