I have mostly all good things to say. Although the first impression was that it was a bit old, outdated and could use some pictures on the wall, I quickly realized that all of the important things were really good. All of the staff from doctors, nurses, PT, OT, Aids and Admin were all professional, friendly and accommodating. My husband even thought the food was pretty good. I was empressed with the staff stopping me in the hall or calling me on the phone to update me on his progress and/or any test results. Probably the only compliant would be the inability to regulate the temperature. It was often so very warm in his room, which was probably needed for many of the older patients, but some nights hard for him to sleep because of the heat and inability to control the temp in an individual room. But the important thing was the care and that, we were very happy with during his 2 week stay.

I was discharged yesterday after a 14 night stay @ Tower Rehab/Nursing Center and I can''t express enough how the staff there worked to create and execute a successful rehabilitation plan and how their care and interactions reduced my anxieties which were extremely high entering the facility after a 2 week hospital stay. From the directors, admin group, nurses and nursing assistants, PT and OT staff, maintenance, nutrition, housekeeping, physician and their assistants...I can honestly say they were all positively engaged with me and were compassionate, informative, encouraging and made me feel welcome and not like just another room# to attend to. Constant hellos from random staff, maintenance stopping by to chat, nursing bringing in snacks in the evenings (this may sound like a small thing but being alone with limited mobility these visits and chats were a bright spot I looked forward to nightly), being able to ask for things from any department and their efforts to address them without me feeling like a burden went a long way towards me being able to concentrate on my recovery. Thank you to everybody at Tower for the care you provided to me directly and also to those I did not meet such as nutrition, the food quality and variety were far and above what I was expecting and helped break up my daily routines. 5 stars all the way! I appreciate everybody at Tower and how your care for me got me on track for a full recovery. Thank you, Greg B. Room #109
