Wish I could give this place no stars but to only give something to spend the world to the world bout how this place really is well I guess this is the only way bout 7 mouths ago my mother was admitted to this rehab center to be rehabilitated to be able to walk again but that’s not what we as in my family knew we get the unexpected right before thanksgiving I remember talking to my mother for bout 30 minutes bout how was her thanksgiving going since Covid took a big turn in the world me and my family couldn’t go to visit my mom so we all ended up making her dinner and taking it to her not knowing that that was my last very day of talking to my mom after thanksgiving past my dad calls my mother like every night just to see how she was doing well my dad made another attempt to calling my mom well 2 days pasted still no call from my mom after waiting 2 whole days something told me to call this place well while calling this place nobody picked up or had a person to answer the phone after a good hour of calling finally get to talk to someone couldn’t understand a thing this person was saying so I tried calling back someone else picks up well after I said my mothers name they couldn’t find her in the system at all finally got through to talk to someone when talking to my mother she was responding to my voice which wasn’t my mom well after we told the nurse bout my mother not responding to m in voice they first hang up the call after 20 minutes still no call back so I made another attempt to call my mother still not responding after waiting for the nurse to call I get the most heartbreaking response that my mother was being transferred to Christiana hospital which we that she was just having problems that could be fixed well that’s not the case we get a call at 3 in the morning from a doctor saying that my mothers white blood cells is unstable and that she’s not going to make another day this place did something to my mom and nobody knows what but I ended up losing my mother on dec 4th 2021 to lung cancer something does not had up from this place to the hospital someone or something hurt my mom and I just want this place to know something this place will forever be the place that killed my mother and nothing will change that because nothings bringing my mother back so I hope this place knows what they did to my family and hope one day they feel what my family has to deal with everyday because they will never feel this pain this place kills people and the world needs to know that

I was at the facility as an entertainer, and from the moment I walked in the door, I knew it was a great place. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. The residence are receiving beautiful care and being handled with love!
