We toured Transitions Healthcare Washington. Transitions is a nursing home and the community we chose is not. We also chose the other community because it was nicer.

After visiting this facility, I must say the treatment from a staff member (Ashley) that I encountered was BEYOND unprofessional. She was EXTREMELY rude, lazy and seem to be there just for a paycheck. She treated me like a piece of trash just because I had questions about my family members well being, etc. She was rude, unprofessional, loud and childish to say the least. I did bring it to another nurses attention who seemed to be very helpful. She did tell me her name was Ashley Pratt. I’m hoping her behavior would be corrected in the future. Perhaps you should reconsider your career path ASHLEY if who you are unhelpful to the elderly AND their family members. Hope to have a better experience my next visit.
