I was recently discharged from Tristate. I’m in my recovery stages from Covid I was sent here for my physical and occupational therapy. My experience with Tristate was a good one. The administration staff was professional address all of my family concerns they kept them in the loop with my progress. The Therapy department is phenomenal when I first came there I couldn’t stand, walk get up from a seating position those therapists work with me now I can get up from a seating position, I can walk up and down stairs and I can walk using a walker. I still have more work to do but those therapists put me on the right track. The nursing staff is down to earth but yet professional they were on time with my meds constantly tending to a wound I had the CNAS is the thread that holds this place together they’re the ones that gets close to the patients making sure we’re clean, dry helping any and every way they can answering every call light enduring and putting up with some mean and Abusive patients my hats off to them. The house keeping staff was good as well cleaned rooms twice a day. Now for the food the staff was wonderful they work hard at making sure we were satisfied some of the meals wasn’t good but again the staff was wonderful. Tristate is alright by me.
