Trinity manor has got to be one of the worst care homes in south west Kansas! If I could give it zero stars I would! When my mom was in there the care she received was so poor! My mom had several health issues that needed special attention. This facility did not handle her care well at all and would not inform me or family members of how she was doing if something happened. If we tried contacting the facility and asked for updates they would not give them to us! When I tried contacting my mom’s room majority of the time her landline phone was dead or it was under her bed where she couldn’t reach it!! My mom’s health, weight and mental status declined in this facility!! When trying to visit her you could see all the mistreatment. The facility didn’t contact her specialist either to inform them of how bad things were with my mom. She ended up having to go to the hospital and was unable to recover. I lost my best friend due to this facility and the main people I had contact with were the director Marcia S. , Cetra K. social worker/LPN and a nurse she had consistently named Karla. When I retrieved my mom’s things from the care home all the hygiene products including hair brushes, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, mouthwash, deodorant etc had never been used or opened and she had been at this facility for awhile! My mom had complained at one point about not getting bathed regularly. This facility can post all the pictures they want on social media to look like the residents are happy, but the lack of care and compassion my mom received is disgusting!! I would highly recommend looking for a different facility for your loved ones as this place is a disgrace to caring for the elderly!!

Clean, and did not smell bad.
