Beautiful facility that is kept impeccably clean. Staff are always kind and friendly and take excellent care of their patients. Even if someone is having a bad day they are smiling. Honestly this is the best facility in Mobile county and is a hidden treasure.
This place is filthy and reeks of bodily fluids.
The facility is very clean and organized. The staff is very pleasant, kind and caring. The Director of the facility and his leadership staff are great.
My mother was here for two months with dementia after beating covid, ended up in hospital dehydrated, compacted, and died 3 days later. Lost weight rapidly had to call and speak to someone when on zoom call she was unresponsive yet trained professional didn''t pick up on it.
