This place is terrible. DONT send your loved ones here. They let my grandfathers shingles get so bad he lost his eye.
I went there tonight and it was the most hideous place I''ve ever seen where humans are... The smell was unbearable so bad I was gagging. I''m calling to report it tomorrow as it was so inhumane. I took pictures. This place needs to be shut down. Period dot.

They deal with all types of rodents ….. you can never get anyone to pick up the phone even when it’s an emergency. So tonight my daughter refused to take care of 30 residents alone . She called the scheduler Tammy to see about getting some help and this is how the conversation turned out . She’s supposed to be a professional and this is how she talks to her employees. Something needs to done about her because this is very unprofessional. And my daughter had every right to refuse to try and care for that many residents. Not only is she putting herself in danger but your family members as well !!!
