Read moreThe Activities Director/Administrator "Mary Carpenter" Was extremely rude when I called and inquired about doing volunteer work for the facility. Hung up on me. Never been to the facility but I feel bad for anyone who has to work within the same facility as her.

This is the last place anyone should send their loved one. Unprofessional staff(eats on the job, at the front desk and takes several personal phone calls which leads to unanswered call lights) huge cockroach infestation. Poor ventilation and smells of urine throughout the facility. My father has been a resident of this place for two years. He has fell ill several times, twice with extreme dehydration with a domino effect of delusion, high blood sugar(over 500) high sodium and high fever. Also when my father got to the hospital he had a huge bedsore(clear indication of negligence) which is the second time this year. His arm and leg has since contracted with no therapy. No attention whatsoever besides giving the basic scheduled medications. I’m in the process of reporting this facility in hopes that it is shut down for retraining or closed for good. I work with autistic young adults and I would never treat any of my students this way. This is inhuman!
