Rude to independent delivery drivers just trying to do their job. I deliver food here all the time for staff but I guess when it''s a resident they aren''t allowed to get a delivery. I wouldn''t allow them to work with my family.

my dad is placed here for a reason. he had a massive stroke that effected his ability to do things for himself. hes been here for many months. my dad has had the WORST care. they are UNDERSTAFFED only 1 staff on per 30 something residents NO WAY. no one knows what these patients go through some don...
my dad is placed here for a reason. he had a massive stroke that effected his ability to do things for himself. hes been here for many months. my dad has had the WORST care. they are UNDERSTAFFED only 1 staff on per 30 something residents NO WAY. no one knows what these patients go through some dont have family. my family is there every day morning,noon and night. the staff unplugs there call buttons at night so they dont have to be bothered. they tell the patient to clean them self after they just had stool tossed around the room by another patient. thats what they get paid for thats there job. i cant wait until hes out of there so we can proceed our paperwork for the attorney. this place is nothing for anyones family member to be in. the state is notified and i hope they get rid of some staff.
