My mom was shot on may 15 of this year and she is here to get rehab they have done great with her this places is great
Great facility with a great therapy team!
My husband has been there 3 weeks. He is worse. I would not pick this place for rehab that happened 8 weeks ago.
I recently was in a car accident and got a broken hip and had to go the care center ..while it was home the men and women that work there did their best to make me as comfortable as they could getting me a comfortable bed thank you all very much
Community Hospice did a Veterans Pinning and Remembrance Service at Valley Oaks today.
I enjoy working with the staff and residents. It is my extended family.
