Actually, when I first got here,the rooms look like your at a five star hotel. The staff was so pleasant and caring and loving from the person that transferred me From the hospital to here. The Staff was excellent.They treated you as an queen. And all I could think was god sent me some angels to watch over me. The OT -Arris was amazing. The CNN- Ashur was fantastic, the night nurse - Xeoy was wonderful they all went above and beyond what I expected!! I would recommend this place as a 5 star to all!! They are great team players, Great job team!!!!

I just had to rush my auntie to the emergency room from hallway 300 because the staff there felt to pay attention to my aunts G-tube and mysteriously it was dispositioned. The male nurse on call was steady yelling at me stating that she was fine and he had just flushed her G-Tube but milk was coming out everywhere, then I asked the lady Maria was going on. She said she don’t know she’s been off work for the whole entire weekend now that my auntie has been in the hospital for over 24 hours not one person at this facility has called me to see if my aunt was OK , I recommend you guys not your family or loved ones to this facility. They do not care about your family member and they do not call and check up on there patients in a situation like this. I am highly disgusted by this place and she would never step foot in this place again.

We suddenly had to locate a new facility for my elderly mother because her assisted living facility got a new director and decided they could no longer care for her. We got no notice, were told “this was not an eviction” because that would have required 30 days notice, but they sent her out to a rehab hospital and said she couldn''t come back. We looked at several different facilities including higher level care assisted living places, residential care homes, and long-term care/nursing homes. Of the long term care facilities, Victoria Gardens of Frisco was head and shoulders above the rest! Kandi was so very helpful and flexible in scheduling a tour given our timeline. She really seemed to understand our situation. In a addition, she made sure our mom would qualify for a Medicare stay even before we made our decision. When we walked in, we noticed how bright and cheerful Victoria Gardens was. Everyone was friendly and the staff was active and seemed to enjoy their jobs. While most of the residents seemed to be in wheelchairs, we noticed many of them involved in a group activity with a staff member, as opposed to just staying in their rooms. Some other places we saw seemed so dark and depressing, and residents were not active. Ultimately, my mom''s medical caregivers decided that she didn''t yet need the level of care provided by Victoria Gardens, so we moved her into another assisted living community. However, I am so grateful to Victoria Gardens, Kandi, and the rest of the staff for the help they provided. Frankly, we believe at some point my mom will need that higher level of care. It is very reassuring to know that a quality place like Victoria Gardens exists when that time comes.

Michael, Kandi and the entire team at Victoria Garden of Frisco are great and professional. The facility is clean and smells very nice.
The entire staff is just a delight to work with! Right in the heart of Frisco a great community for your loved one. With their whole-person centered approach to care, they really connect with their residents. Top notch!
