Dreaded sending my dad anywhere especially with him having Covid. The staff and professionals showed they truly care for there patients. Id ask him daily how he felt there....he sang the praises of the CNA''s, nurses, and staff everytime I asked him. So thank you Victoria Acute care!
This is by great lengths the most substandard care facility I’ve ever experienced. It’s filthy; medical care is negligible; the food is atrocious (with no regard for critical dietary needs); service animals can defecate at will right outside patient rooms with no clean up; necessary scheduled ca...
This is by great lengths the most substandard care facility I’ve ever experienced. It’s filthy; medical care is negligible; the food is atrocious (with no regard for critical dietary needs); service animals can defecate at will right outside patient rooms with no clean up; necessary scheduled care can be flatly denied; Covid precautions are not enforced and Covid area is inadequately cordoned off with just a move theatre-style separator (see photo); unsatisfactory supervision of patients with dementia; even the exterior is filthy. I could say more but I hope this convinces you to keep your loved ones far away from this poorly run facility.
