This place is terrible, the staff have no clue on what is going on with the residents, there is no direction from leadership, they move residents around with no reason, and without permission from the family. My mom has been there for seven years first in assisted living where the staff does minimal to the needs for my mother. A year ago they moved her into the regular part of the nursing home, I visited her a view weeks ago, she had soiled clothes,no bath, her nails where covered in dirt, and her toe nails have not been cut in months, they were over grown to the point they were growing into her toes and fungus was grown, when addressed they said it would be taken care of, no they weren’t. The staff calls to says what is going on with my mom, they never return phone calls. I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone with loved ones, search elsewhere.

Basically last night if I could do a 3 p.m -9/10 p.m Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday she told me she''d have to check with "administration"!!! However, when I first started this job she told me it would not be a problem so I can get my hours. She lied!!!! I ask and she said no! Doing a 4 day a week versus a 3 days a week!!! Would have added maybe 2-3 hours more. Very Very poor employer/management from her!,...Judy. I''m sick to my stomach. So I''ll be looking for another job. I''m 59 and have done many many years of customer service specialist and I''ve worked my butt off in hotel jobs, retail, laundry for the largest hotel in North Conway and so on. Thank you, Denise Charles

I’ve been at Villa crest since 1pm Wednesday. It was selected by Elliot Hospital surgical Team after a hip replacement. Why, I’m not sure, after I presented them with a list of real rehab places. I was promised dedicated professional care with OT and PT seven times a week. So far I have received about 15 minutes of OT and approximately 25 to 30 minutes of PT. Both did intake work on me. Arriving here, I was also presented with a slew of financial papers to sign. No welcome kit or any phone numbers should I need any. I was taken to a room with a dementia patient who had her tv blasting away, not willing to turn it down. There was no space for me to get into my bed with my walker. Toilet dirty. After I threatened to leave, they put me in another room with a patient with former’s plus additional problems. Had to ask for hand rails on my bed. There are no safety measures in the bathroom except two handrails by the toilet. I leaned on the towel bar while trying to wash my hands. That broke out of the wall, Twice. Everything is old, covered in dust and the floors are filthy. Bathroom floor is black around the toilet and in corners. Most of the staff does work very hard And want to accommodate you. It’s 28 January 2023 and it’s high time to leave.
