I have my Uncle here, he is 75. He doesn''t much like it, calls it a "imitation nursing home", sorta amusing. Hubby and I know that he gets good care, they are taking care of his health issues, eats good meals. Uncle Jug is often very unhappy about being in a care facility, he doesn''t recognize that he needs 24/7 care. Staff has often taken him to ''Dr. appt when I was unable to. Village Manor has friendly staff, they are always helpful to us and Jug. I like the building location, staff is polite, responsible, place is very clean, never smells. This place is more men than women, they have good nursing care, even for cantankerous people....he has some behavior issues, but the staff is very tolerant. Thank goodness!
